No Bake Oatmeal Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine the oats, sugar and cocoa in a large bowl.
  2. With clean hands, mix in the water, vanilla, butter and peanut butter to form dough.
  3. Roll into balls and coat with confectioner's sugar.
  4. Chill 20 minutes before serving.
