Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Mix first four ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. When it comes to a full boil, continue boiling for 1 1/2 minute. Stir while boiling.
  2. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, oatmeal, peanut butter and salt.
  3. Spoon by large teaspoon onto waxed paper and let sit until firm.
