No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup walnuts ( choppe)

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk in sauce pan and boil for 3 minutes
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Add vanilla
  4. In a separate bowl mix oatmeal, coconut and walnuts
  5. Pour the milk mixture over the dry ingredients
  6. Mix thoroughly
  7. Drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper
  8. Put in refridgerator until done
  9. Makes 3 1/2 dozen
