No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray, then line with parchment paper for easy bar removal/cleanup leaving over hang around the edges of the pan (i just used aluminum foil)
  2. Combine wafers, oats, sugar, and salt in large bowl
  3. Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat, then add crunchy peanut butter and 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter. Stir until creamy and combined
  4. Add peanut butter mixture to wafer mixture and stir until well mixed
  5. Transfer mixture to baking dish and press down so it is fairly even
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  7. Pour semi sweet chocolate over chilled mixture and spread so that it creates a thin even layer.
  8. Refrigerate until hardened, about 30 minutes
  9. Heat 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter in sauce pan until runny, drizzy over chilled chocolate
  10. Melt 1 1/2 oz milk chocolate and drizzle over top of peanut butter
  11. Refrigerate about 30 minutes
  12. Lift block of bars out of pan using parchment paper or foil
  13. Cut into bars of desired size
