Chocolate Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Place cooked rice and milk in top of double boiler.
  2. Mix in sugar, cocoa and salt.
  3. Cook over boiling water 45 mins, stirring occasionally.
  4. It should be creamy.
  5. Add vanilla and butter before serving.
