No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together the sugar, cocoa, milk, salt, and butter over medium heat. Bring to a boil, boil for 1 1/2 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla, Stir all together thoroughly. Spoon onto wax paper in rounded cookies.
