Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 2/3 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk.
  2. Pout into unbaked pie shell. Bake 350-375 for 30 minute or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
