Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together, using only 3/4 cup of pecans.
  2. Put remaining pecans in a pie plate.
  3. Form cheese mixture into two balls
  4. Pat remaining nuts onto ball with your clean hands
  5. We'd have a production line going with someone rolling balls and another person patting in nuts... it made them look neater.....
