Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt.
  2. Brown chicken on both sides in a little oil or margerine ( if you're in a really big hurry you can skip this step, it just helps to make the chicken a little more tender).
  3. Place chicken in a casserole dish.
  4. Cover chicken with mushroom soup straight from the can.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  6. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
