This is the simplest recipe I have in my collection. Not only is this recipe simple, it is also delicious! If I ever need a meal in a flash that my entire family loves ( including my picky kids) or if I need a quick recipe for unexpected company, This is my go-to. Super super easy and lots of flavor. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
12 -16 boneless skinless chicken thighs |
seasoning salt |
Directions:
1. sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt. 2. brown chicken on both sides in a little oil or margerine ( if you're in a really big hurry you can skip this step, it just helps to make the chicken a little more tender). 3. place chicken in a casserole dish. 4. cover chicken with mushroom soup straight from the can. 5. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6. serve over rice or mashed potatoes. |
