Mom's Low-carb Dinner Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and add to salad bowl.
  2. Slice tomatoes into bite sice pieces and add.
  3. Cut onions into slices, then in half and add to salad.
  4. Choose your cheese (we liked sharp cheddar or blue) and add to salad in bite size pieces.
  5. Fry bacon and crumble into salad.
  6. Scramble eggs and add to salad.
  7. Add mayo, salt& pepper.
  8. Toss to combine.
