Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat shortening in pan
  2. Dredge chicken breast halves in egg and then in bread crumbs
  3. Brown both sides of chicken
  4. Place rice in a glass pan
  5. Place chicken over rice
  6. Top with cheese
  7. Pour chicken broth over it
  8. Bake at 350 for 30-45minutes
  9. Squeeze lemon juice on top
  10. Serve
