Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Lightly grease 9x5 loaf pan.
  3. In large bowl mix all ingredients {except nuts} until well blended.
  4. Fold in nuts.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 1hr 20min.
  7. Bake 45min for mini loaf.
