Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk , plus
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Whisk 2 cups milk with the pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  2. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, mint, and remaining milk.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. In dessert glasses, layer pudding and cream cheese mixtures.
