Microwave Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup minute rice

Directions:

  1. Spray a cereal bowl with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix together milk and egg.
  3. Add rice, rasins and cinnamon and stir together.
  4. Microwave on high for 3 min (if you don't have turntable in your microwave cook on high for 2 min, rotate the bowl and cook another min on high).
