Brown Sugar Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bread, cubes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except butter.
  2. Mix lightly.
  3. Turn into greased one quart baking dish.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Bake at 325F until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.
