Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except peppers in saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Reduce heat (med to med low) and cover.
  3. Simmer 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Add peppers in last 5 minutes of cook time
  4. Fluff with fork.
  5. *Four 1/2 cup servings*
