Ingredients:

  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Fill bottom of steamer with 2 water and cut broccoli flowerettes into quarters. bring to boil.
  2. Steam broccoli for five minutes, adding garlic with 2 minutes remaining.
  3. Toss broccoli with remaining ingredients
