Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in stock pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the veggies and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  3. Add the seasoning and stir to combine.
  4. Continue to saute until the veggies are tender.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and stir, cover.
  6. Continue to cook at set temperature for 10 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
