Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine flour and baking powder and make a well in center.
  2. Beat eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  3. Add mixture to the well.
  4. Cook as usual.
