Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot, and add the garlic and the seasonings to the water. Add Kielbasa, potatoes, and carrots. Bring to a boil and boil uncovered until vegetables are almost tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add corn and onions and boil 5 minutes longer.
  3. Add shrimp and lemon slices, and simmer until shrimp are done, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove lemon slices. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
