Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Blend lime juice, cilantro, vinegar, garlic, cumin, and salt in a blender until smooth. Stream olive oil into the mixture while continuing to blend until emulsified into a smooth, pourable dressing.
