Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large salad bowl, pour in the romaine lettuce.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half and add to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the mixture with the olive oil and mix until there is a light coating over everything.
  4. Squeeze the lemons, sprinkle over the mixture and mix until coated.
  5. Grind some pepper over the top.
  6. Grate the parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the top.
