Ingredients:

  • 1 -18 1/4 oz vanilla , variations mix by creative bakery solutions
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
