Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put evaporated milk and beaters into freezer ahead of time.
  2. You want this to be well chilled.
  3. Add hot water to sugar and jello.
  4. Stir until dissolved.
  5. Add ice cubes.
  6. Stir until dissolved.
  7. Put mixture into fridge and let thicken.
  8. Take beaters and milk out of fridge.
  9. Beat milk until thick.
  10. Add lemon juice and rind.
  11. Slowly add thickend jello mixture to milk mixture and continue beating.
  12. Pour this mixture intoa 9x12 pan lined with the graham cracker crumbs.
  13. Sprinkle some of the crumbs on top of the bars.
  14. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  15. Make sure the bars are well chilled!
  16. ENJOY!
