Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 melted margerine 0r vegetable oil(i used melted margerine - i was out of oil)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 20 oz.can crushed pineapple

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
  2. GREASE A 9 X13 CAKE PAN
  3. IN LARGE MIXING BOWL COMBINE CAKE MIX,EGGS,WATER AND
  4. MELTED MARGERINE OR OIL
  5. MIX FOR 2 MINUTES
  6. IN SEPERATE BOWL COMBINE 1 CUP OF MILK WITH PUDDING MIX - WHISK FOR 2 MINUTES
  7. POUR CAKE MIX IN GREASED PAN - EVENLY DISTRIBUTE
  8. NOW TAKE PUDDING SHOULD BE THICK PLACE DOWN CENTER
  9. OF CAKE MIX - TAKE WHISK AND GENTLY SWIRL THROUGH CAKE MIX
  10. PLACE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 35-40 MINUTES (MINE TOOK 40 MINUTES)
  11. TEST WITH TOOTHPICK IN CENTER - SHOULD COME OUT CLEAN
  12. LET CAKE COOL ON COUNTER FOR ABOUT AN HOUR
  13. TAKE CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLE AND DRAIN WELL
  14. THEN LINE COLLANDER WITH PAPER TOWELS AND ADD PINEAPPLE TO REMOVE AS MUCH LIQUID AS POSSIBLE -
  15. IN YET ANOTHER BOWL TAKE VANILLA FROSTING AND ADD
  16. THE DRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE AND MIX TOGETHER
  17. FROST CAKE ACCORDINGLY AND REFRIDGERATE!
  18. THESE CAKES ALWAYS TASTE BETTER WHEN CHILLED>ENJOY!
