Lazy Vareniki (Curd Dumplings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg , bitten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingridients
  2. Make small balls and flat them a little with your hands
  3. Put into the boiling water till they come up to the surface (2-3 minutes)
  4. Serve with sour cream or greek flat yogurt
