Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place a small bowl in a larger bowl containing hot water.
  2. In the small bowl, whisk together the gelatin and juice until the gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Blend together the pumpkin through the honey plus the gelatin mixture.
  4. Spread 1/4 of the blended mixture in the bottom of 2 custard cups or 1 larger dish.
  5. Top with 1/4 cup of pineapple; repeat layers 3 more times.
  6. Chill 1 hour.
