Directions:

  1. Allow rice to cool before mixing.
  2. Grind up the meat and mozzarella then mix together with rice.
  3. Mix until it is easy to roll into a ball.
  4. Then coat each ball with flour, dip in egg, then bread crumbs.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
  6. ENJOY!!!
