Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/ '2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Be sure that the cabbage and carrots are chopped up into very fine pieces. Place in a large bowl
  2. In a mixing bow, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper; beat until smooth.
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving
