Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of peach necter
  • 3 tblspn of unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup of goleden raisins
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 cups half-and-half
  • brown sugar-vanilla sauce
  • 2tblspn light corn syrup (recommended:karo)
  • 4tblspn unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325f. lightly butter a 2 1/2 quart baking dish and set aside
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, bring peaches and peach nectar to a simmer. cookuntil peaches are tender, about 5 min
  3. In a large bowl, gently toss the bread, melted butter, raisins, and peaches until the bread is completely coated. in a seperate large bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, cinamon, half and half, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. add the bread mixture and mix gently. pour into prepared dish
  4. Bake until golden brown and center is set, about 1 hr
  5. In a small saucepan,over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, cream, and vanilla extract. bring to boil, stirring frequently. reduce the heat to medium low and cook for 5 min stirring continually. remove from heat sauce will thicken as it cools. drizzle over the top of bread pudding and serve warm or at room temperature
