Ingredients:

  • block of cream cheese
  • package of ranch dressing mix
  • cajun seasoning to taste
  • package of bacon

Directions:

  1. Cut top off jalapeños and remove all seeds
  2. Mix cream cheese, cajun seasoning, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning
  3. Stuff peppers with cheese mixture
  4. Wrap in bacon and secure with a toothpick
  5. Bake at 300 for 2:30 hrs
