  1. Grind up the Fiber One cereal until it is a breadcrumb like consistancy. Cut each jalapeno in half and remove seeds and ribs. Mix the cream cheese and colby cheese. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder etc to the cheese mixture if you like. Fill each of the jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture. Dip into the egg whites and then into the Fiber One. Place all 18 halves on a cookie sheet sprayed with oil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
