Italian-style Popovers

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup. milk
  • 1/2 cup. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil

Directions:

  1. In small mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, water, flour, dry Italian salad dressing mix, and salt. Beat at medium speed of with electric mixer for 1 1/2 minutes. Add cooking oil; beat 1/2 minute longer
  2. Pour batter into 6 greased 6oz. custard cups. Bake at 475F for 15 minutes; reduce oven temp to 350F. Bake popovers 25 minutes longer. Enjoy....
