Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg.
  2. Spray a backing sheet with PAM.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Roll into 2 inch balls.
  5. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Cook on the baking sheet for 15 minutes.
  7. Turn the meatballs and cook another 15 minutes or until done.
  8. Allow to cool a few minutes.
  9. Mix with your favorite pasta sauce and enjoy.
