Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Brown garlic in olive oil in a fry pan; remove garlic.
  3. Add chops, salt and pepper; brown on both sides.
  4. Arrange chops in shallow baking dish.
  5. Mix tomato sauce, mushrooms, seasonings together; pour over pork chops.
  6. Lay green pepper over chops; cover
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
  8. Place cheese over chops and bake 15 minutes longer until cheese melts.
  9. Serve over rice.
  10. May add wine for half the tomato sauce if desired.
