Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season tilapia fillets on both sides with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. In medium plastic ziplock add the lemon dipping extra virgin olive oil and the tilapia. Let marinade for 1/2 an hour in refrigerator. Remove the tilapia fillets from the marinade.
  3. In large plastic ziplock add the Italian seasoning bread crumbs and the red pepper flakes shake in the tilapia and thoroughly bread.
  4. In large skillet add the extra virgin olive oil, low-med heat. Fry up the tilapia fillets, 3 minutes on each side. Remove from oil and let it drain excessive oil on plate with napkin.
  5. Decorate with lemon wedges.
