Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 pint milk
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Knead into a round and cut a cross on top.
  3. Bake on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
