Individual Turkey Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir your flour and milk together until well blended.
  2. Stir in soup and poultry seasoning.
  3. Put this all in microwave-safe bowl and cover with a sheet of the wax paper.
  4. Set the Microwave at Hi for 7-8 min.
  5. Stir every 2 min until the mixture boils and begins to thicken.
  6. Stir in the turkey and vegetables.
  7. Spoon 1 c.
  8. Turkey mixture into 4 individual microwave safe bowls.
  9. Pipe or spoon 1/2 c.
  10. Potato mixture atop each casserole.
  11. Sprinkle with Paprika.
  12. Cover with the wax paper and again Microwave at Hi 9-11 min.
  13. Until the vegetables are tender.
  14. This makes 4 servings.
