Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pecans
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine the pecans, dates, cherries, and pineapple.
  2. Add the baking powder, salt, flour, and sugar.
  3. Mix well with hands.
  4. Beat eggs until foamy.
  5. Add to the mixture and mix well.
  6. Pack into small paper baking cups filling them full.
  7. Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
