Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower , medium, broken into flowerets
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

Directions:

  1. Break cauliflower into flowerets
  2. Heat Oil until sizzles
  3. Add spices and allow them to heat
  4. Add cauliflower and .25 cups of water
  5. Cook until tender
