Ingredients:

  • 1 can chick peas , 15 oz
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup real lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Using a food processor, blend until desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Serve with vegetables or sliced pitas.
