Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 tsp parsley

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor/blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Optional: drizzle olive oil over mixture
