Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp. tahini
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Bake eggplant
  2. Squeeze out water after peeling eggplant and mash eggplant
  3. Add lemon, chopped garlic and salt to taste
  4. Add tahini
