Hot Spiced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tea bags
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 ground cloves
  • 2 -3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Bring water to boiling in a saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add the teabags.
  4. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove bags.
  6. Stir in spices and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  7. Simmer one minute longer.
  8. Add juices.
  9. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with orange slices.
