Directions:

  1. Clean and wash chitterlings by pulling off the fat and debris.
  2. Soak in salted water to clean.
  3. Put chittlerings in water.
  4. Add garlic, onions, chile' pepper, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook 3-4 hours.
