  2. In large bowl, blend cream cheese with mayonaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and spread mixture in shallow 1 quart oven-safe casserole dish.
  4. Bake in ove for 15 minutes until bubbling.
  5. Serve immediately with Tortilla chips.
