  4. Add a lightly scrambled egg and stir
  5. Heat a skillet on stove
  6. Put in some butter or oil
  7. Put in your hash
  8. Give it a smash
  9. Let it cook till a bit crispy top and bottom
  10. When almost there
  11. Poach up the eggs and heat up a platter
  12. Have plenty of toast or cornbread won't matter
  13. Hash to the platter
  14. Four holes for the eggs
  15. Have s&p handy
  16. And there's Horton's hash
  17. Eat up ..it smells dandy
