Honey Whole Wheat Flax Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (i use whatever i have on hand, usually homo or 2%)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp margarine (or flax oil)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 ml salt
  • 2 tbsp wheat gluten
  • 3 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Add lemon juice to milk, and warm to room temp in the microwave.
  2. Warm 2 eggs in hot water.
  3. Add ingredients in the order listed.
  4. Bake on 2lb loaf, light crust and whole grain settings.
