Honey Glazed Radishes and Turnips

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add shallot and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add radishes and turnips, stir.
  4. Stir in water, broth, honey, salt and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Uncover and cook 7 - 10 additional minutes, until most of the liquid has evaporated and veggies are glazed .
  7. Remove from heat and stir in diced herbs.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves.
